Referral Program Terms

Atalay AI invite / referral program — invite links, signup bonuses, conversion rewards, AI usage rights, abuse rules, and visibility of invitee information.

This is an informational English translation. The Turkish version of this document prevails in case of any conflict.

These Referral Program Terms explain how Atalay AI personal invite links, signup bonuses, and conversion rewards work; the nature of AI usage rights; and abuse rules.

“View terms” on the invite page opens this page. Bonus amounts may change by campaign; the rules shown in-product and in the sections below control.

This intro is guidance. On disputes, read the sections below together with the Terms of Service.

Invitee names and emails appear in your account only to show program status; do not use them for spam or unsolicited marketing.

Scope and binding effect

These Referral Program Terms (“Program Terms”) govern the Atalay AI personal invite / referral program (“Program”) operated by ATALAY YAZILIM LTD. ŞTİ. (“Company”, “we”). The Program promotes the Services through personal invite links, signup bonuses, and conversion rewards.

By using the Program, sharing your invite link, or receiving AI usage under the Program, you accept these Program Terms and the Terms of Service. On Program-specific topics this document prevails; general service rules follow the Terms of Service; personal data follow the Privacy Policy and KVKK notice.

The Program is voluntary. We may change, pause, or end it with prior notice.

How it works

Eligible accounts may receive a personal invite link. New users can sign up through that link; when they move to a paid plan, the inviter may receive a reward.

Share your invite link

Share the invite link or QR code from your account. The link includes your unique UUID invite code.

Invitee signs up

When the invitee completes a valid first signup, a signup AI-usage bonus may be granted to their account under the campaign terms then in effect (example: 10 AI usage).

Invitee subscribes to a paid plan

When a company account linked to the invitee successfully subscribes to a paid plan (for example Pro), a conversion reward may be granted to the inviter (example: 100 AI usage).

Signup bonus

The signup bonus applies only on a first signup with a valid invite code that can be technically linked.

You cannot generate a bonus for yourself with your own code. Multiple accounts for the same person, invalid codes, or registrations that cannot be matched do not create a bonus right.

Amounts and conditions may change during a campaign; the amount shown in the product and on this page controls.

Conversion reward

The conversion reward is granted to the inviter after a paid-plan subscription for the invitee’s linked company account is verified.

Rewards are granted once per eligible account (idempotent). We may reverse or adjust rewards if a payment is refunded, charged back, fraudulent, or otherwise invalidated. Rewards may be delayed until payment is confirmed.

Nature of AI usage rights

AI usage rights (“credits”) granted under the Program are not cash, money, or securities; they are non-transferable, non-saleable, and unless stated otherwise may be used only inside the Services.

Unused rights are not refundable in cash. Expiry on plan changes or account closure follows the Terms of Service and any campaign rules.

Abuse and eligibility

Abuse of the Program is prohibited, including:

If we reasonably suspect abuse, we may cancel related bonuses/rewards, restrict or terminate accounts, and stop the Program. Eligibility depends on technical verification and risk checks.

Fake, automated, or bulk account creation
Self-invite loops or artificial conversions across accounts of the same person
Misleading, spam, or unlawful promotion
Payment fraud, chargeback abuse, or subscription manipulation

Visibility of invitee information

Names, emails, and status (signed up / converted, dates) of people you invited may be shown in your account so you can see how the Program is working.

Use that information only for the Program; do not use it for spam, unsolicited messages, or unlawful marketing. Personal-data details are in the Privacy Policy and KVKK notice.

Changes and contact

We may update these Program Terms by changing the “Last updated” date. For material updates we aim to notify you in-product or by email.
