Account Deletion

This page explains how to delete your Atalay AI account and related personal data, what is removed, and which records may be retained for legal reasons.

This is an informational English translation. The Turkish version of this document prevails in case of any conflict.

Overview

You can delete your Atalay AI account at any time. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. This page explains the account deletion process in line with Google Play and App Store data safety requirements.

How to delete your account

Mobile app (iOS / Android)

In the Atalay AI app, go to Settings → Delete Account. Complete deletion by typing the confirmation text. The action takes effect immediately and your session is ended.

Request via web or outside the app

If you cannot access the app, email destek@atalay.ai from the address registered to your account with the subject line “Account deletion request”. After verifying your identity, we will process your request.

Data that is deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is removed or anonymized:

  • Your profile information (first name, last name, email, profile photo)
  • Authentication records and session tokens
  • Device and notification token records
  • Company memberships; only companies you own and related application data
  • CRM, project management, website builder, and other Atalay AI application data
  • Chat history and application preferences

Data that may be retained

The following data may be retained for a limited period due to legal obligations or legitimate business purposes. This data is not used for marketing:

  • Invoice, payment reference, and subscription records required for legal, accounting, and tax obligations
  • Limited technical records needed for fraud prevention, security audits, or dispute resolution
  • Anonymized or aggregated statistical analysis data (not linkable to your identity)

Processing time

In-app deletion takes effect immediately. Requests sent by email are typically processed within 30 days. When the process is complete, a confirmation is sent if an email address is registered to your account.
