Delivery and Refund Policy
Information about electronic delivery of digital services, timelines, and refund conditions.

Delivery terms
Digital services and products offered by ATALAY YAZILIM LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ are delivered electronically after payment is confirmed. Digital products (software licenses, subscriptions, in-app purchases) are made available for use immediately after the purchase is completed.
Delivery time
Digital services and products are activated within 24 hours at the latest after payment confirmation. In case of technical issues, this period may extend up to 72 hours.
Refund conditions
- If a purchased digital service or product has not yet been used, a refund request may be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Refund requests for digital services that have already been used are not considered. Under Law No. 6502, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed immediately in electronic form.
- For subscription services, automatic renewal may be cancelled after the current period ends.
Refund process
Refund requests must be sent by email to destek@atalay.ai. Include the order number, purchase date, and reason for the refund. Requests are reviewed within 5 business days at the latest; approved refunds are completed within 10 business days.
