Buyer

The person/organization purchasing the service (information provided during membership and/or checkout applies).

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale of digital services and products purchased electronically by the BUYER via the SELLER’s atalay.ai website, the odeme.atalay.ai payment area, and/or the mobile application, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

The essential characteristics of the service are clearly communicated to the BUYER on the order page. The service fee includes VAT. Payment is made by credit or debit card through the iyzico secure payment infrastructure.

• The BUYER acknowledges having read and understood the essential characteristics of the service, the sale price, and the payment method.
• The SELLER undertakes to deliver the service completely and in accordance with the stated characteristics.
• The SELLER may work with third-party service providers to deliver the service.

Digital services are made available immediately or within 24 hours at the latest after payment confirmation. In cases of force majeure, this period may extend up to 72 hours.

Provided the BUYER has not yet started using the service, the right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 days of the purchase date.

• Services performed immediately in electronic form (Law No. 6502 Art. 53/l)
• Intangible goods delivered immediately (digital content, software)
• Services that the BUYER has already started using

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the cases above.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, payment is refunded to the same payment method within 14 days at the latest.

Payments are processed through the iyzico secure payment infrastructure. Credit card details are not stored by the SELLER. All transactions are encrypted with SSL and comply with PCI DSS standards.

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this agreement.

The BUYER declares that they have read, understood, and accepted this agreement. The agreement enters into force on the date it is approved electronically.
